Prerequisites for entering the course
Students should be certified divers or have a working knowledge of diving equipment. Students must also have mechanical ability and be able to use basic and specialty tools and test
equipment. Foreign students must have a working knowledge of English. Certifications upon Completion
Students will be proficient in the maintenance, testing, evaluation and repair of all diving related equipment. Graduates will be able to serve as a diving equipment repair technician for a
diving section or organization. Students will receive accreditation and certification from the National Association Of Underwater Instructors (NAUI) USA as a Certified Diving Maintenance Technician, and will also receive maintenance
diplomas from Atlantis Diving Technologies USA (Dive Technician), DIVELINK Underwater Communications, USIA Drysuit repair, US Divers/Spiro regulator repair, Kirby Morgan Equipment Inspection Technician USA, NAUI Cylinder
Testing & Inspection, Professional Scuba Inspectors (PSI) Hazmat certification; graduates are also eligible to join and be certified by the International Association of Diving Technicians (IADT), USA.
